Terms of sale

These terms apply when you order a custom print from Print Creations. They're written to be read.

Made to order

Every print is made to your design after you order. The preview shows how it will print; colours on screens can differ slightly from the plastic.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars. GST, HST or PST and shipping are added at checkout and shown before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe when you check out.

The Maker Check

We review every order before printing. We may ask you to change a design that won't print well, or decline a design that breaks our content policy. If we decline, or you choose not to change your design, we refund you in full.

Cancellations, refunds and reprints

You can cancel for a full refund any time before printing. After printing, our refunds, reprints and returns page sets out our guarantees for lost, damaged, wrong or defective items.

Your content

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, the pictures, logos and words in your design. You keep all rights to them; you give us permission to use them only to make and ship your order (and to show the print in our gallery, if you agree).

Use and care

Our prints are rigid plastic. They are small parts and a choking hazard for children under 3, and they can soften in high heat (such as a car dashboard in summer). Pet tags are not chew-proof.

Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to reprinting it or refunding what you paid for it, except where the law says otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and of Canada.
