What we will and won't print
We love printing your own photos, drawings, logos and words. Because every order is checked by a person, we can also say no to a few things, and when we do, you get a full refund and a short reason.
Welcome
- Your own photos, drawings and artwork, and those of your family (with their OK).
- Logos, crests and names that belong to you, your business, team or club, or that you have permission to use.
- Names, words, numbers, initials and dates.
Not without permission
- Other companies' logos and trademarks, sports league and team marks, and brand names used as logos.
- Characters from films, TV, games and comics, and artwork by other artists.
If you have permission (you work for the company, or the artist agreed), say so in your order note and we'll print it.
Never
- Hateful, harassing or threatening content, or content targeting a group or a person.
- Sexual content, graphic violence, or anything illegal in Canada.
- Anything that pretends to be an official badge, ID, licence or currency.
When you order
When you add your first design to the cart, you confirm that you own the pictures or have permission to use them. The maker reviews every order before printing. If we can't print a design, we refund the order in full; nothing is charged for a print we don't make.
Your pictures stay yours
Uploading a picture doesn't give us any rights to it. We use it only to make your order, and we never show it in our gallery unless you say yes at checkout. See our privacy policy.
