Each one opens in the designer with your own text and pictures ready to change. The image is a 3D render of that design exactly as it prints.

From logo file to keychain

Most promotional keychain companies want hundreds of units and a die or a mould before they'll talk to you. We don't use either. Your logo goes straight from your file to our printer, so a single keychain costs the same per piece as fifty, and there's no setup fee.

When you upload a logo, the designer groups its colours into solid regions and matches each one to a real spool we have in stock. You can change any of those matches: if your brand red comes out too orange, pick the other red. The preview then shows exactly which colour goes where on the printed piece. What works well

Flat colours. Logos made of 2 to 6 solid colours reproduce best. Gradients and photographic shading are simplified into flat areas.
A plain background. A logo on white or on a transparent background is cut out cleanly. A logo inside a busy photo needs cropping first.
Bold lines. Anything too fine to print is merged into its neighbour. The preview shows you exactly what survives.
Your name or web address under the logo, in any of our 125 fonts, so the keychain works as a business card that never gets thrown away.

Ordering for events and teams

For a trade-show table, a staff gift or a club's season opener, design the keychain once, check the exact price, then set the quantity in the cart. Every copy is identical because it comes from the same print file. Several pieces ship together in one mailer, so the shipping cost barely changes as the quantity grows.

If your logo includes another company's trademark (a sports league, a character, a sponsor's mark), we can only print it if you own it or have permission. Our content policy explains why, and our small-batch merch ideas page has more ways small businesses use these.

How we make it

Your logo keychain is printed to order in solid, durable plastic, in fine layers with every colour running right through. Before it prints, we open your design and its preview and check that every detail will come out: that's the Maker Check. Then it's packed in a padded mailer and handed to Canada Post.

Shipping and timing

We print within a few business days of checking your order. Shipping is a flat CA$19.95 anywhere in Canada, tracked, and several prints share one mailer. Canada Post delivers in about 2 to 9 business days. Details on our shipping page.

Logo keychains: questions

Is there a minimum order?

No. You can order a single logo keychain. The price per piece is the same whether you order one or fifty, and several pieces share one mailer.

What file should I upload?

A PNG with a transparent or white background works best, at least 600 pixels across. JPG and WebP work too. Vector files need exporting to PNG first.

Can you match my brand colours exactly?

We match each colour in your logo to the closest spool we have in stock, and you can choose a different spool for any of them. We print in real plastic colours, not inks, so an exact Pantone match isn't possible.

How many colours can a logo keychain have?

Up to 8. Most logos look their best with 2 to 5. Each extra colour adds a little print time, which is why prices rise slightly with colour count.

Can I print a logo I don't own?

Only with permission from the owner. We check every order by hand and refund any design we can't print for rights reasons.

Can I add text under the logo?

Yes. Add your business name, website or a short slogan in any of our 125 fonts, in any of the in-stock colours.
