No. Start from a template, type your text or upload your picture, and the designer does the rest. You can move, resize and recolour anything, and the preview shows exactly what will print.

It is drawn by the same software that makes the print file, so the colour regions, outlines and holes are exactly where they will be on your print. It is not a mock-up.

Up to 8 in one print, from 36 spool colours (most in a light, regular and dark shade, plus gold, silver and clear). Two to four colours look best on small prints like keychains and tags.

Flush inlays every colour level with the surface for a smooth, coin-like face. Raised lifts the design about a millimetre so you can feel it. Stepped stacks each colour one step higher than the last.

It depends on the font. We measured every one of our 232 fonts, and the designer warns you if your text is smaller than that font prints cleanly.

Yes. Your design is saved in your browser session, and you can email yourself a link to reopen it on another device.

Bold, simple pictures with clear shapes and a plain background: logos, drawings, cartoons and clear photos of a single subject. Busy photos are simplified into flat colours.

It looks like a bold graphic version with up to 8 flat colours, a bit like a screen print. The preview shows exactly how it will come out.

PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 12 MB. A picture at least 600 pixels across gives the best result.

We use them only to make your print. Pictures from designs that are never ordered are deleted after 30 days.

Lines finer than our printer can lay down can't be printed. The preview merges those lines into their neighbours before you see it, so your print matches the preview.

Each product has three sizes with a fixed price for designs that fit. Very large or very colour-heavy designs are priced exactly from the print time and plastic they need. You always see the exact price before paying.

Each colour change adds print time and uses a little extra plastic, so a design with many colours side by side takes longer to print.

No. You can order a single print, and the price per piece is the same for one or fifty.

Prices are in Canadian dollars before tax. GST, HST or PST is calculated at checkout from your address.

A flat rate per order, shown on our shipping page and before you check out. Several prints fit in one mailer, so shipping costs the same for one or five.

We hand-check and print within a few business days, then Canada Post delivers in about 2 to 9 business days within Canada.

Yes. You get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

We check every order before printing. If something won't work, we tell you, and you can tweak your design for free or get a full refund.

Yes, at any time before your order is printed, for a full refund.

We reprint it or refund you. Send a photo of any damage; you don't need to send it back.

If the print doesn't match the preview you approved, we reprint or refund. Colours can look slightly different on screens than in plastic, which we note on every preview.

Because every print is made to order for you, we can't take back a print that matches its preview. You can cancel before printing for a full refund.
