Privacy policy
We collect only what we need to make and ship your print, and we don't sell or rent your information. This policy follows Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect, and why
- Your design and uploaded pictures, to show you the preview and make your print.
- Your name, email and shipping address, when you order, to ship it and email you about it.
- Payment details are handled by Stripe on its secure checkout page. We never see or store your card number.
- Messages you send through our contact form, to answer them.
How long we keep it
- Designs and pictures that are never ordered are deleted after 30 days.
- Order records (what you ordered, where it went) are kept for 6 years, as the Canada Revenue Agency requires.
- Pictures in an order are kept while the order is open and its guarantees apply, then deleted.
Who we share it with
- Stripe processes payments and calculates sales tax.
- Canada Post receives your name and address to deliver your parcel, and your postal code to quote rates.
- Our print server, which we run ourselves, receives your design to make the preview and the print file.
That's all. No advertising networks, no data brokers.
Cookies and analytics
Our product and information pages set no cookies. The designer, cart and checkout use one session cookie to remember your design and cart, and a small cookie that tells the page how many items are in your cart. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Our gallery
We only show a customer's print in our gallery if they agree at checkout, and never with their name, address or phone number.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to what the law requires us to keep. Contact us and we'll respond within 30 days.
