Shipping and delivery
Every print is made to order, checked by hand, then shipped tracked with Canada Post in a padded mailer. One flat rate per order: several prints share a mailer, so shipping costs the same for one or five.

Shipping to the United States is coming soon. Since August 2025, postal parcels to the US need their duties prepaid by the sender, and we're setting that up so US customers never get a bill at the door.
How long it takes
After you order, the maker checks your design against its preview (the Maker Check). Then it's printed and packed within 2 to 5 business days. Canada Post then delivers it in the times above. You get an email with a tracking number when it ships.
Faster shipping
At checkout you can choose a faster Canada Post service, such as Xpresspost or Priority, when it's available for your address, at Canada Post's rate for your parcel.
Holiday deadlines
Canada Post gets busy from late November. For delivery before December 25 within Canada, order by early December to leave time for checking, printing and delivery. We'll post exact dates here each year.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, tell us and we'll reprint your order or refund you, your choice. For damage, a photo is all we need; you don't have to send anything back. See refunds, reprints and returns.
Taxes and duties
Prices are in Canadian dollars. GST, HST or PST is added at checkout based on your address.
